Aaron co-founded beauty retailer feelunique in 2005, after selling the company to LVMH/Sephora in 2021 he founded indu, a teen beauty brand. He is an investor in multiple beauty and tech businesses and a Non-Executive Director of Digital Jersey. He is also an active member of CEW UK (Cosmetic Executive Women), Founders Forum and Founders Pledge and an Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women.
