Aaron co-Founded beauty retailer feelunique in 2005, and in 2021 he sold the company to LVMH/Sephora. He is an investor in multiple beauty and tech businesses and a Non-Executive Director of Digital Jersey. He is also an active member of Cosmetic Executive Women, Founders Forum and Founders Pledge and an Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women.
